INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN

We’re looking for an Industrial Electrician who understands that their job isn’t simply fixing electrical faults after something breaks.

It’s keeping the operation safe, reliable, and running.

What you’ll own:

• Maintain and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems and machinery.
• Diagnose electrical faults quickly and accurately.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Install, test, and commission electrical equipment and systems.
• Inspect electrical installations and identify potential failures before they become downtime.
• Work with motors, control panels, switches, sensors, protection systems, and industrial machinery.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Perform electrical testing and measurements using appropriate tools.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment faults.
• Support planned shutdowns and equipment maintenance.
• Follow electrical, occupational health, and safety procedures at all times.
• Escalate major equipment failures and safety risks promptly.

What we’re looking for

• Recognized qualification in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Installation / Industrial Electrical Systems.
• Proven hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding ability.
• Experience with industrial machinery and electrical maintenance.
• Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Ability to work safely around high-voltage/industrial equipment as applicable to the facility.
• Strong attention to detail and discipline.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, or during planned shutdowns where required.
• If you only know how to replace a blown fuse, this isn’t your job.

We need someone who can find the fault, understand why it happened, fix it safely, and prevent it from happening again.
