Junior Sales Executive Full Time NEW

JUNIOR SALES EXECUTIVE
Build Revenue. Own Customers. Win.
We’re looking for sales professionals who don’t need to be chased for targets.

You’ll be responsible for finding customers, building relationships, closing deals, and growing revenue across assigned markets.

What you’ll own:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close customers.
• Develop relationships with contractors, developers, distributors, manufacturers, and other relevant clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations.
• Follow up relentlessly from first contact to closed deal.
• Track sales performance against monthly and annual targets.
• Monitor competitors, pricing, and market opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM and customer records.
• Work closely with operations and management to ensure customers receive what was promised.

You’ll also be expected to:

• Demonstrated sales experience or strong commercial potential.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Hunger to learn and close.
• Comfortable with targets and rejection.
• Construction, manufacturing, industrial, or related-sector experience is an advantage.
