ZONAL SALES MANAGER
Own the Territory. Build the Team. Deliver the Number.
This is not a title for someone who simply forwards sales reports.

You will own sales performance across your territory—from strategy and pipeline to people and revenue.

What you’ll own:

• Develop and execute the territory sales strategy.
• Own revenue and sales targets across the assigned zone.
• Build, manage, and forecast the sales pipeline.
• Lead, coach, and hold sales teams accountable for performance.
• Identify high-value customers and strategic accounts.
• Develop distributor, dealer, contractor, and institutional relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing.
• Drive customer acquisition and market expansion.
• Review sales performance and take corrective action quickly.
• Produce accurate territory forecasts and management reports.
• Work with marketing, operations, finance, and leadership to remove commercial bottlenecks.

You’ll be measured by:

• Revenue.
• Target achievement.
• Pipeline quality.
• Customer growth.
• Team performance.
• Not how many meetings you attended.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience managing sales teams and territories.
• Strong record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably construction, manufacturing, industrial products, or related sectors.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data and turn it into action.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and develop sales talent.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• If your biggest achievement is having a good relationship with your sales team, but the numbers disagree, don’t apply.
