Production Workers (60 Positions) Full Time

• Operate, monitor, and maintain food production machinery.
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), hygiene, and safety standards.
• Participate in packaging, sorting, and labelling of finished products.
• Maintain accuracy in production records and reporting.
• Support teamwork and cooperate with supervisors and colleagues to meet production targets.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Food Production, Food Science, or related areas).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to work in a production/industrial environment.
• Good teamwork, reliability, and discipline.
• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing will be an added advantage.

• Net Salary: TZS 300,000 per month.
• Additional benefits: Food (Breakfast/Lunch)
