We are seeking a driven IT Salesperson who can grow our client base and translate customer needs into smart digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients across various industries (SMEs, manufacturing, retail, NGOs, etc.).
• Present, promote, and sell IT solutions — especially ERP systems (Odoo, Zoho, ERPNext) and web solutions.
• Understand client requirements and liaise with technical teams to create tailored proposals and quotations.
• Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales follow-up.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling demos and presentations to showcase product capabilities.
• Track sales activities in CRM tools and prepare regular performance reports.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and new product features.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT sales, preferably in ERP or software solutions.
• Strong understanding of Odoo, Zoho, ERPNext, or similar systems is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand client pain points and translate them into practical solutions.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a small team environment.

• Number of new clients acquired per month/quarter.
• Sales revenue and profit margin achieved.
