About Us:
Creative Studios Limited is a boutique interior architecture and project management studio in Dar es Salaam. We deliver high-end residential, corporate and hospitality projects, with a focus on African-inspired design. We are seeking a business-minded personnel to help grow and scale the business while allowing our creative team to focus on design.
Role Overview:
You will act as the business engine for Creative Studios Limited, taking responsibility for client acquisition, project oversight and bringing in business. Your work will directly impact revenue and growth, ensuring the studio converts its creative talent into profitable outcomes. Your performance is measured by revenue generated, clients secured, and deals closed.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Acquisition
· Identify and secure new high-value clients and projects
· Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities
· Actively pursue leads, partnerships, and referrals
· Grow opportunities within existing existing clients
Sales & Conversion
· Lead client engagement from first contact to signed contract
· Work with the design team to position proposals effectively
· Follow through consistently to close deals
Revenue & Growth Focus
· Increase project value and deal size
· Identify opportunities within existing clients for additional scope or new projects
· Contribute directly to monthly and quarterly revenue targets
· Develop strategies to increase project profitability
Market Positioning
· Build relationships with developers, corporates, consultants, and decision-makers
· Position Creative Studios as a premium, go-to interior architecture firm
· Identify strategic opportunities aligned with the studio’s direction
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development and close deals
Demonstrated track record of revenue generation
Strong network or ability to build one quickly
Confidence in engaging high-value clients and decision-makers
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Strong communication and commercial awareness
Understanding of the interior design or construction industry is an advantage
