About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have strong cooking skills, creativity in menu development, and the ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and present high-quality dishes in line with restaurant standards.
• Develop and update menus, incorporating seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas.
• Monitor food stock levels, place orders, and minimize wastage.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
• Work with management to control food costs and achieve profitability targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food trends, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Creativity and passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
