Quantity Surveyor Full Time

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will combine strong project management capabilities with expertise
in cost control and Quantity Surveying, overseeing design and construction projects from
concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets, procurement, and contracts
• Lead project planning and execution, ensuring milestones, quality, and timelines are
  met
• Coordinate across design, construction, and client teams to ensure smooth project
  delivery
• Prepare interim and final valuations, manage revisions, and track project costs
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies for schedule, budget, and quality
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with Tanzanian building regulations, professional standards, and
  industry best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related field with
  additional project management expertise.
• Solid understanding and knowledge of Tanzanian construction regulations and QS
  practices
• Proven experience in project management, cost control and contract administration
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
