Operations Management Consultant Full Time

Role Overview:

An Operations Management Consultant will help streamline internal processes, structures and systems while improving efficiency, and allowing for smoother operations across the team. This person will be responsible for optimizing workflows and ensuring that the business runs efficiently day-to-day.

·         The Operations Manager reports directly to the CEO/Managing Director.

·         Works closely with the Project Manager, Site Supervisor, and Lead Interior Designer to ensure seamless project execution.

·         Helps manage the Office Manager, ensuring administrative support is well-organized.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Process Optimization: Review and implement processes to streamline project management, client communication, and design workflow.

·         Team Coordination: Oversee the coordination of design, project management, and operational teams to ensure timely project delivery; ensures that deliverables (drawings, specifications, reports) are completed on time and manages internal processes, making sure everything runs efficiently.

·         Bridges the Gap Between Office & Site: Ensures that site supervisors, project managers, and designers are aligned and tracks project progress and identifies delays or bottlenecks before they escalate.

·         Handles Client & Vendor Communications: Coordinates meetings, follows up on deliverables, and ensures client satisfaction and works with vendors and contractors to ensure materials and finishes meet project requirements.

·         Manages Resources & Team Productivity: Ensures that no one is overloaded with multitasking, optimizing who does what, and helps with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.

·         Operational Strategy: Work with the Managing Director to create strategies for internal growth and improved team performance.

·         Administrative Oversight: Ensure the operational aspects of the firm, including office management, documentation, and communication, run smoothly.
