Reports: CEO
Working Hours: 8 hours a day (48 – hour a week). The person will be working 4 – 5 hours part time during the probationary period.

About the Role:
The Marketing Specialist plays a vital role in driving platform growth by creating compelling content, managing online communities, and ensuring a seamless experience for both talent and employers. This role is responsible for producing SEO-optimized job descriptions, designing engaging visuals for social media, and crafting content that converts. In addition, the officer provides timely support through social media channels, audits platform content for brand consistency, and tracks performance metrics to improve user engagement and conversion rates. The ideal candidate combines creativity, digital marketing know-how, and community support skills to enhance platform visibility and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Increase Talent Registration by 25% through effective community management, prompt support, and a responsive platform environment.
Achieve a 40% boost in social media engagement rates by delivering consistent, visually appealing, and brand-aligned content across all major channels.
Identify and document 50+ high-performing content ideas per quarter to guide future campaigns and ensure relevance in communication.
Maintain a consistent social media content schedule with 100% calendar adherence, ensuring timely posts and optimal audience reach.
Improve job post discoverability by 60% through SEO-optimized job descriptions that rank higher in search results and attract relevant candidates.
Increase website organic traffic by 35% via keyword-optimized, compelling website content tailored to the platform’s target audience.
Generate 200+ qualified leads monthly (talent and employers) through persuasive and targeted social media campaigns.
Maintain 95%+ positive response rate on social media inquiries, enhancing brand trust and user satisfaction.
Ensure 100% brand consistency by conducting monthly platform audits and aligning all content with brand guidelines.
Improve conversion rates by 20% through analysis of content performance and implementation of data-driven strategies.
Successfully plan and execute 6+ conversion-focused events annually (both virtual and in-person) to onboard active users to the platform.

Skills You Must Have
Community Management & Customer Support
Content Creation & Copywriting
