To maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment within the company premises, ensuring all areas are tidy, sanitary, and presentable for employees, clients, and visitors.
Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum floors, furniture, and fixtures.
Clean and sanitise washrooms, toilets, and communal areas.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
Maintain cleanliness in kitchens or pantry areas (washing dishes, cleaning countertops).
Clean windows, glass surfaces, and other transparent materials.
Report any maintenance issues (leaks, broken furniture, faulty equipment) to the supervisor.
Replenish cleaning supplies such as soap, paper towels, and hand sanitizer.
Follow cleaning schedules and ensure assigned areas are always maintained.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Assist in occasional deep cleaning tasks, such as carpets or upholstery cleaning.
Perform any other cleaning-related duties as assigned by management.
Primary school education or equivalent.
Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services is an advantage.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and hygiene practices preferred.
Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks.
Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
Attention to detail and thoroughness.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Time management skills to ensure cleaning tasks are completed on schedule.
Awareness of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Teamwork and good communication skills.
