We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin and Operations Assistant to join a fast-paced startup consulting environment. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple administrative and operational tasks efficiently.
Provide administrative support including scheduling, document preparation, and record keeping
Assist in day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow
Support project logistics, client coordination, and internal communications
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and handle data entry tasks
Help with procurement, basic finance tracking, and inventory management
Assist in coordinating team meetings, travel, and event logistics
Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or operations support
Strong command of both English and Swahili (spoken and written)
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
Experience in a startup, consulting firm, or fast-paced office
Basic understanding of project management and client service
Tech-savvy and open to learning new tools and systems
