What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a savvy, well-connected Investor Network Consultant with access to regional and international investors to help us raise capital and build a strategic funding roadmap. If you thrive in early-stage ecosystems and know how to unlock doors to capital, this role is for you.
What You Should Achieve:
Identify, connect, and engage with potential investors—angel investors, VCs, family offices, and fintech-focused funds.
Strategize and lead the fundraising process.
Help refine the pitch deck, financials, and investor communication materials to world-class standards.
Leverage your network to set up investor meetings and represent (or support) the founding team in pitches.
Provide insight into current investor meetings and represent (or support) the founding team.
Provide insight into current investor sentiment and expectation in the fintech and African startup landscape.
Who You Are:
You have strong networks with fintech investors in Africa and globally.
You’ve supported or led startup fundraising (Seed, Pre-Series A, or Series A rounds).
You understand early-stage startup finance and can guide founders through the capital-raising maze.
You’re an excellent storyteller, pitch strategist, and door-opener.
You have prior consulting, VC, investment banking, or startup leadership experience.
Bonus: You’re passionate about financial inclusion and digital innovation in emerging markets.
