About the Role:
We are looking for motivated and experienced Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Dodoma. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our bottled water products, expanding our market presence, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Dodoma region
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Conduct product presentations and promotions to increase brand awareness
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collect market feedback and report trends to management
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Collaborate with the logistics and production teams to ensure timely deliveries
Attend trade shows, events, and networking activities when required
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG, beverages, or water-related industries
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Results-driven and customer-focused mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with the Dodoma market is a strong advantage
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
