Restaurant Supervisor

We are hiring a Restaurant Supervisor to support the daily operations of our beachside bar and restaurant. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily food and beverage operations
• Supervise front-of-house staff and ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer satisfaction
• Support training and performance management of team members
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
