Chef – Beach Bar & Restaurant

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to lead the kitchen operations at our lively beach bar and restaurant. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, efficiency, and a strong commitment to quality in food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare a variety of dishes, with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and quality
• Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Collaborate with management to develop and update the menu
• Ensure timely delivery of meals during busy service hours

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety standards
• Experience in menu planning, portion control, and kitchen operations
• Leadership and team management abilities
