Business Development Manager – Interior Architecture & Design

We are a dynamic Interior Architecture & Design Studio based in Dar es Salaam, specializing in high-end residential and commercial design solutions. We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help us expand our market reach and close premium design projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, renovation, and interior design ecosystem.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and property owners.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, expos, and industry events to promote our services.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client needs are effectively met.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in Sales or Business Development within the construction or interior design sector.
- Strong network and understanding of the construction and real estate market in Tanzania.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, confident, and results-oriented with a strong sense of design and aesthetics.
