Sales and Marketing Manager Full Time

Position Summary
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients in the food processing sector. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a passion for market development.

Key Responsibilities
Sales

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within the food processing and distribution market.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and account management.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure profitability.
• Provide feedback from the market to management on customer needs, product performance, and competition.

Marketing

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns (digital, print, and field-based) to increase brand visibility and product demand.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, consumer trends, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
• Manage social media and online presence to enhance brand awareness.
• Prepare marketing materials, sales presentations, and reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in FMCG, food processing, or related industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
