IT Engineer Full Time

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to support and strengthen our technology infrastructure within a fast-growing manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless IT operations, enhance system reliability, and contribute to the digital transformation of our production and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software.
• Provide day-to-day technical support for end-users across manufacturing and office operations.
• Oversee ERP/MRP systems and ensure smooth integration with production processes.
• Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures are in place and regularly tested.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to implement technology solutions that improve efficiency.
• Lead IT-related projects such as system upgrades, process automation, and cloud migration.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain vendor relationships and manage IT procurement for hardware, software, and services.
• Develop IT policies, procedures, and best practices to align with business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and cybersecurity practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 7+ years of proven experience in IT administration, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of networks, servers, firewalls, and enterprise systems.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Windows/Linux environments and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
