Sales Manager – Networking Full Time

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Networking sales division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and driving sales efforts for our networking solutions, products, and services across various industries. This role will involve building strong relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and leading a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and business objectives for networking solutions and services.
• Manage and grow the client base by identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships, and expanding existing accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers, influencers, and partners.
• Provide product expertise to clients and collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs and expectations.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable business deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine the sales approach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement lead generation campaigns and promotions for networking products.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline, and key metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience 5+ years in sales management, with a focus on networking solutions, products, or services.
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, etc.) and IT infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in networking (e.g., Cisco), is a plus.
• Experience in the enterprise or B2B sales environment.
• Familiarity with cloud networking solutions and trends.
