Salesperson Full Time

We are looking for a driven and tech-savvy Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and selling customized IT solutions that meet client needs.

• Key Responsibilities:
  Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and market research.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions (software, cloud, infrastructure, etc.).
• Create and deliver engaging presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Maintain an up-to-date pipeline and sales reports using CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT or technology.
• Strong understanding of IT services/solutions (cloud, security, software, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with enterprise clients or selling SaaS products.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
• Certifications or training in tech sales or solution selling.
